She is not defined by one appearance, body type, or background. She is the Doll who feels at home in the sun, shows up confidently, and carries vacation energy wherever she goes.
To PGLE, an Island Gyal is a Pretty Girl who is unapologetic about her body, her style, and the attention she naturally commands.
The Island Gyal Files were created to give every Doll that feeling—the confidence to put on her swimsuit, step in front of the camera, and know she looks good from every angle. Each piece is its own file, but together they create a world filled with color, personality, sisterhood, and PGLE attitude.
I came up with the Island Gyal Files because I wanted PGLE swimwear to feel bigger than a regular bikini collection. I didn’t just want to release products—I wanted to create an entire vacation world around them.
My vision was to bring together different Dolls, different bodies, and different personalities and show how each person could make an Island Gyal piece their own. Every swimsuit was meant to have its own name, mood, and identity.
The photoshoot brought that vision to life. The individual pictures show each Doll’s personal energy, the duo pictures represent confidence and connection, and the group pictures show the full PGLE Island Gyal world together.
This playbook is the final vision: sun, friendship, confidence, statement swimwear, Kitti bags, and Dolls who know the camera belongs to them.
