I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?+
Contact PGLE immediately with your order number and the correct address. Address changes are not guaranteed once processing or shipping has started.
Can I cancel or change my order?+
Send the Care Desk your order number as soon as possible. Once an order enters fulfillment, PGLE may be unable to cancel it or change products, colors, or sizes.
I did not receive an order confirmation.+
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is not there, contact PGLE using the same email used at checkout and include the name on the order.
My item arrived incorrect or damaged.+
Contact PGLE promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Do not discard the packaging until the Care Desk responds.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Product pages and launch announcements may include item-specific processing estimates, especially for limited or made-to-order files.

How are PGLE pieces produced?+

Select PGLE pieces are produced using dye-sublimation printing. This process uses professional sublimation printing technology and water-based inks to create consistent, detailed prints suitable for everyday use.

Does my order go through quality control?+
Yes. Each applicable item is individually inspected throughout the production process before shipment. Quality checks may include sewing and construction, print quality, graphic or design positioning, and the overall condition of the finished item. We want every PGLE piece to complete its production process properly before it is prepared for shipment.
Why did my Kitti bag arrive folded?+
Some PGLE bags may be carefully folded during packaging to reduce package volume during shipment. Your bag may need a little time to regain its intended shape after delivery. Remove it from the shipping packaging, gently reshape it, and allow it to sit upright. This packaging method does not mean your bag is damaged or defective.
Where is my tracking number?+
Tracking is emailed after your package is prepared for shipment. Allow time for the carrier to scan and activate the tracking number.
My tracking says delivered, but I do not have my package.+
Check your mailbox, building package area, household members, neighbors, and the delivery photo if available. Then contact the carrier directly. PGLE can provide shipment details but cannot control a package after carrier delivery.
Do you ship internationally?+
Available destinations and final shipping prices appear at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges required by their destination.
RETURNS
Can swimwear be returned?+
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and protective liners intact. Contact PGLE before sending anything back.
Can sale or limited items be returned?+
Final-sale, customized, limited, promotional, and clearance items may be ineligible. Check the product page and your order details before requesting a return.
How do I request a return?+
Use the form below with your order number, item name, reason, and clear photos when relevant. Do not mail a return without approval and return instructions from PGLE.
When will my refund appear?+
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection. Your bank or card provider may need additional business days to display the credit.
PRODUCT CARE
How should I care for PGLE clothing?+
Follow the sewn-in care label. When permitted, wash cold with like colors, turn printed pieces inside out, avoid harsh bleach, and air dry to protect the fit and graphics.
How should I care for Island Gyal swim?+
Rinse after chlorine or salt water, hand wash cold with gentle detergent, and lay flat to dry away from direct heat. Do not wring the fabric.
How should I store my Kitti bag?+
Keep the bag dry, avoid overfilling, wipe gently with a soft cloth, and store it upright or stuffed with clean paper so it keeps its shape.
